Telestar's PLD-42UE - Plasma Display Panel

Telestar now offers an improved presentation unit in their new 42" diagonal, Plasma display panel.
Designed to be quieter operating, this latest distortion free thin screen, also boasts a brighter picture with whiter whites, blacker blacks and more sophisticated color.
The PLD-42UE emits light rather than reflecting it, minimizing the need to control ambient lighting and provides a 160° field of view; perfect for use in confined quarters.
Plasma display panels are used in many public display areas such as financial terminals, information boards in airports, as teleprompters, video entertainment monitors, and displays in museums, galleries and kiosks.
Full VGA or SVGA digitally compressed computer & video images in normal (4/3) and widescreen (16/9) video are displayed on a flat screen less than 6 inches thick.
Using built in electronic image scaling, the PLD-42UE can automatically resize incoming signals to fill the screen. An optional PCI graphics card and PC software can generate 852x480 pixel output.
