MVL-5 5.8 GHz Video Link

This amazing new video/audio transmitter system combines low cost, long range and broadcast quality FM synthesized performance. The FCC approved transmitter uses the new uncrowded 2.4 gigahertz band to penetrate walls and floors like magic for an effective range of up to 300 feet. The transmitter accepts standard NTSC video and stereo audio. The receiver offers line video and stereo audio outputs, as well as modulated channel 3 VHF output. The system offers 4 channel operation, with ability to operate all 4 channels simultaneously in the same area, for tremendous flexibility in multiple camera wireless security applications.

A key feature of this system is "last channel power off memory." This means if the transmitters or receivers are set to a certain channel and the power is cut for any reason, when powered back up, they will go back to the user-selected channel. This makes it ideal for multiple channel wireless installations. Antennas are circular polarized patch style for broadcast quality reception. Power requirement is 12 volts DC on both transmitter and receiver, making battery operation an easy option. System comes complete with DC power supplies and all necessary connecting cables.

Security/surveillance, multiple site DBS satellite reception and robotics/toyvision are just a few of the many applications of this FM video link system. Receiver weighs 12 ounces, transmitter 11 ounces. Each unit is 1.8" high, 5.8" wide, 4.85" deep with antennas folded. Range can be extended to 2500 feet and beyond with super high gain tuned receiver/antenna combination.
